⬛ Is it necessary to take Stress?

          The world is changing. It is affected by people and changing lifestyle. Many changes are occuring in our environment. It is all because of human activities for leisure, which are hazardous for our environment. With the change in time, Toxicity around us is increasing and calmness in our livings is decreasing.
     
         All of the above mentioned elements with some other fundamentals are responsible for our Mental Health, which later on affects our Physical Health.

          Nowadays many people are dealing with mental health issues like Anxiety and Depression. According to the WHO (World Health Organization), Depression is a common illness worldwide, with an estimated 3.8% of the population affected, including 5.0% of among adults and 5.7%. among older than 60 years. Approximately 280 million people in the world have depression.

          As Depression is a result of severe stress, people are now becoming aware of the problem and are willing to manage stress. As Psychological experts Say "Don't take stress" people are taking it way too serious and are misinterpreting it. They are thinking depression is due to stress. But depression is due to Hyperstress, which means an excessive amount of stress.

          A good amount of stress is necessary to be serious towards our work. Thus, to maintain our mental health and work-life balance, we must have A good amount of stress and excessive stress must be avoided. We should also focus on maintaining balance with our environment.
